Icebreakers and Warmers

In this module, you learn how to use icebreaker and warmer activities with your students. This module focuses on the rationale for getting students to feel comfortable in the classroom environment through fun activities. A subset of team building games and indoor team building activities, and are similar to connection games and 5 minute team building activities for small groups will be shared with you during the module. By the end of the module, you will have developed a perspective about icebreakers and warmers as well as how to set the stage for these in terms of creating an environment where children feel relaxed enough to take risks. Teacher educators will give you some feedback that will be helpful in effectively assisting the acquisition process with young learner. In the end, each participant has to take a mini test about the module.

Participants who completed the module successfully will be provided with an official certificate signed by the course professors, with an annotated course description.
